Spiritual Counselling — Clarity and Stillness
Inner clarity and stillness — because healing is also a state of mind.
Practising since 2006 · Dr. Raghav Pujara · Memnagar, Ahmedabad
What it is
Some of what troubles us is not physical at all. Spiritual counselling makes space for the bigger questions — meaning, direction, acceptance, peace of mind — drawing on meditation and Indian philosophical traditions, without pressing any particular belief on you.
How we practise it
- Guided meditation and mindfulness practice
- Conversation about direction, meaning and inner conflict
- Practices drawn from Indian philosophical traditions
- Techniques for cultivating stillness in everyday life
