Naturopathy — Healing With Nature's Own Tools
Drugless healing that helps the body repair itself naturally.
Practising since 2006 · Dr. Raghav Pujara · Memnagar, Ahmedabad
What it is
Naturopathy is one of India's traditional systems of medicine (part of AYUSH). It works on a simple principle: given the right conditions, the body knows how to heal itself. Instead of suppressing a symptom with medication, we remove what is blocking recovery — poor digestion, accumulated toxins, disturbed sleep, constant stress — and let the body do the rest.
How we practise it
- A detailed first consultation to understand your history, routine and root cause
- Hydrotherapy and water treatments to stimulate circulation and elimination
- Mud therapy to draw out heat and support skin and digestion
- Steam and heat therapies to open channels and release toxins
- Therapeutic fasting and dietary correction, planned around your body
- A day-to-day routine you can actually maintain at home
What to expect
Your first visit is mostly conversation — we need to understand how you live before we treat you. From there, we build a plan combining in-clinic therapies with changes you make at home. Most people notice small shifts early (sleep, energy, digestion) before the bigger complaint settles.
Not sure if this is right for you?
Book a consultation and we'll give you an honest answer — even if the answer is that something else would suit you better.

Questions about Naturopathy
In most cases, yes. Naturopathic care can run alongside your existing treatment. Please bring your prescriptions to the consultation, and never stop or change a prescribed medicine without your doctor's guidance.
Because it is drugless and natural, side effects are minimal. Many patients notice welcome ones instead — better immunity, clearer skin, improved energy and relief from related symptoms.
No illness appears in a single day, so reversing it properly takes a proper course. Chronic problems generally need a structured plan over weeks or months, but improvement usually begins gradually well before that.
