Acupressure — Needle-Free Pressure Point Therapy
Needle-free pressure-point therapy for pain and organ balance.
Practising since 2006 · Dr. Raghav Pujara · Memnagar, Ahmedabad
What it is
Acupressure applies firm, precise pressure to specific points on the body to relieve pain and support the organs connected to those points. It achieves much of what acupuncture does — without a single needle.
How we practise it
- Identification of the pressure points relevant to your complaint
- Firm, controlled pressure applied by hand
- Sujok therapy, working through points on the hands and feet
- Techniques you can safely use yourself at home between visits
What to expect
Completely needle-free. You may feel firm pressure or mild tenderness at certain points — that is normal and usually eases within the session. Most patients find it relaxing rather than painful.
Not sure if this is right for you?

Questions about Acupressure
None at all. Acupressure and Sujok work purely through pressure, which makes them a good option if needles worry you.
You may feel firm pressure or slight tenderness on active points, but it should never be genuinely painful. Tell us and we adjust immediately.
It depends on the complaint and how long you have had it. We will give you a realistic estimate at your first consultation.
